TENDER NOTICE

CESVI is an International NGO with its Head office in Italy, via Broseta 68/a, 24128 Bergamo and is registered in Venezuela and has an office located at Edificio Kathryn, Caracas 1060, Miranda, Venezuela.
CESVI has received a grant from multiple donors for the implementation of the project “Restoring Lives and Strengthening Resilience: An Integrated Humanitarian Response to the Venezuela Earthquake ”  that aims at providing lifesaving emergency assistance including sustainable access to potable water for people affected by the earthquake.

With the present document, CESVI is inviting interested companies to present quotations to the following International Open Tender as indicated below:

  1. Tenderers are required to submit their bids using a two-envelope system:
  • Envelope A: Technical Proposal
  • Envelope B: Financial Proposal

Bids must be submitted electronically to tender@cesvi.org , following the same two-envelope structure by submitting the technical and financial proposals as separate files.

Bids submitted without all the requested documents may not be considered for further evaluation.

  1. Tenders opening session will be held at CESVI office in Bergamo on 22/08/2026 at 11:00, in the presence of bidder’s representatives (only one representative from each bidder), who wish to witness the tender opening. All Agents representing foreign companies should have a signed mandate from the companies being represented.
  2. Tender evaluation session will be held on behind closed doors.
  3. Tender Committee reserve the right to increase/decrease the quantity of supplies after award of tender to the tender winner.
  4. Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies or submitting a fake call deposit/earnest money. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices their bid will be rejected and the companies in question will be permanently black listed.
  5. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria of selection. Quality, delivery time, experience reliability and availability assessments will also be considered in the selection of bids.
  6. Tender Committee reserve the right to cancel/reject any or all bids/offers without assigning any reason.
