TENDER NOTICE

Contract title: Supply of 4 x double cab 4×4 vehicles (Lot 1) and 1 x 13 seaters 4×4 vehicle (Lot 2)

CESVI is an International NGO with its Head office in Italy, via Broseta 68/a, 24128 Bergamo and is registered in Zimbabwe as a welfare organisation with registration number 6/2004 located at no. 221 Fife Avenue, Harare.

CESVI is implementing the following project: Empowerment of Communities and Organisations Transforming Economies towards Restoration of Rural Areas _ E.C.O.T.E.R.R.A, AID 013244/06/3, financed by Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), to be implemented in Zimbabwe in partnership with COSV, and SAFIRE.

With the present document, we are inviting interested companies to present quotations to the following International Open Tender for the supply of 4 x double cab 4×4 vehicles (Lot 1) and 1 x 13 seaters 4×4 vehicle (Lot 2).

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Tender Notice is also published on websites (https://globaltenders.com/).
  2. The tender is divided in 2 lots:
    1. Lot 1 – Supply of 4 x double cab 4×4 vehicles
    2. Lot 2 – Supply of 1 x 13 seaters 4×4 vehicle
  3. Tenderers can apply for one of the 2 lots or for both lots.
  4. The deadline for submission of tenders is 14:00 hrs on the 23rd January 2026.
  5. Electronic bidding is ALLOWED, tenders can be submitted via email adminzimbabwe@cesvi.org. Bids can also be handed deliver or couriered to CESVI Country Office (221 Fife Avenue, Harare). Sealed envelopes should be marked with the name of the company, the tender reference number and as “Not to be opened before the opening session”. If couriered the evidence shall be constituted by the postmark or the date of the deposit slip.
  6. Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies or submitting a fake call deposit/earnest money. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices their bid will be rejected and the companies in question will be permanently black listed.
  7. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria of selection. Quality and delivery time will also be considered in the selection of bids.
  8. CESVI reserves the right to change the quantity of the items to be supplied and/or to cancel/reject any or all bids/offers without assigning any reason.
  9. Inquiries, request and questions about this tender can be made by email to adminzimbabwe@cesvi.org no later than 16:00 hrs, on 2nd January 2026.
  10. Questions raised & related answers will be published on CESVI website on a rolling basis up to the 15th January, 2026, by 16:00 hrs. Inquiries by phone calls will not be entertained whatsoever.
